McKinsey & Company is looking for UMass Lowell graduating seniors for their BUILD fellowship program. They are a global management consulting firm that helps businesses, governments and other institutions improve their performance.
BUILD is a 2-year rotational opportunity for university graduates, where you will gain real world professional experience across various pathways at the firm. You will be part of our BUILD program based in Boston and will rotate across a variety of teams during the program. These rotations will be a mixture of internal and/or client adjacent roles.
Qualifications
- Final year of an undergraduate degree, ideally in a quantitative/analytical field
- Strong record of leadership and initiative taking
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Work effectively in a team environment and with people at all levels in an organization
- Communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English
