Career Champions

What are Career Champions?

Career Champions is a group of UMass Lowell faculty and staff who are committed to supporting students’ career development. Members have the opportunity to participate in workshops, connect with other Champions across campus, and gain access to information and tools to support career conversations with students.

Why Become a Career Champion?

While our career advising team supports students on a wide array of career development matters, we know these kinds of conversations are happening across campus with the individuals students best know and trust. Students are developing relationships with faculty and staff across campus and are going to these individuals for guidance.

Our goal with the Career Champions is to recognize the great work faculty and staff are already doing and to equip them with the support, knowledge, and tools to approach career conversations with even more confidence.
