The Product and Marketing Associate Co-op will support the Product Management and Marketing teams in executing initiatives that drive product growth, market awareness, and customer engagement. This role is ideal for a student seeking hands-on experience in product strategy, go-to-market activities, and marketing campaigns. The associate will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
- Assist Product Managers in tracking product lifecycle activities, including product launches, updates, and end-of-life planning.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports and dashboards on product performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Support creation of marketing content, including product collateral, presentations, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect data for product documentation, pricing sheets, and product training materials.
- Help organize webinars, trade shows, and virtual or in-person events.
- Maintain accurate product information on the website, catalogs, and marketing platforms.
- Assist with lead generation activities, CRM data updates, and campaign tracking.
- Perform administrative support tasks for the Product and Marketing teams as needed.
