The Student Analyst – BCBA or BCaBA in Training position at Autism Solutions is designed for individuals currently pursuing their Master’s degree and BCBA certification or Bachelor’s degree and BCaBA Certification. This role focuses on providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism while allowing the analyst to gain practical experience and complete certification hours. Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinical setting, including behavior change interventions and daily living skills.
- Implement treatment plans created by BCBAs.
- Support and guide parents with the assistance of BCBAs.
- Communicate professionally with families, team members, and supervisors.
- Collect data on treatment goals and discuss data changes with BCBAs.
- Complete daily notes and documentation.
- Participate in orientation and training sessions.
- Collaborate with team members on various tasks.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program working towards BCBA certification or Bachelor’s program working towards a BCaBA certification.

Our Approach: Autism Solutions partners with Autism Solutions Academy, a private school for Autistic children, preschool through high school age. ABA therapy takes place during the school day. This allows students to receive 1:1 support and intensive ABA while also receiving a quality, engaging, and individualized education.
