This position will will be assigned to the Legal Forfeiture Unit of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management of forfeiture cases for his/her team, conducting research and legal reviews, drafting legal documents, etc.
- Under supervision, assists attorneys with the litigation process.

Reviews work of paralegals and clerks.

Prepares all documents related to the litigation process to include drafting motions, briefs, memoranda of law, etc.

Screens documents for privilege.

Performs other duties as assigned.
