Join our dynamic team as a Corporate Communications Intern and collaborate with cross-functional teams on meaningful projects, gaining hands-on experience in healthcare advertising. You’ll receive personalized mentorship, work on a real client pitch, and present to senior leadership. Expand your knowledge through weekly Lunch and Learns and refine your skills through career development workshops. This internship offers a comprehensive learning experience to launch your career in corporate communications.
A day in the life:
- Craft compelling communications for diverse audiences, including press releases and internal announcements.
- Conduct research and audits to inform communications strategies and share knowledge with the team.
- Collaborate with your mentor to develop innovative social media tactics and content ideas.
- Contribute to knowledge management processes, ensuring effective information sharing.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions to drive creative solutions and messaging.
- Develop your writing and communication skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.
What you will need:
Education: Rising junior, senior, or recent graduate from an accredited college or university in a related field (preferred).
Key Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage time and priorities, and demonstrate organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn, curiosity, adaptability, flexibility, and ability to take initiative and work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and understanding of design principles (typography, layout, color).
Salary:
$19/hr + overtime eligibility
Availability requirements:
To ensure a comprehensive and immersive experience, we require our interns to be available to work a full-time schedule during the internship period. Please note the following:
Duration: June 9 – August 8, 2025 (9 weeks)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (full-time, 40 hours/week)

Work arrangement options:
We’re excited to offer internship experiences that cater to your individual needs and preferences! Choose from two format options when you apply:
Option 1: Fully Remote
- Available to those living within and outside a commutable distance (100 miles from the office)
- No in-person days!
- Must work from your approved remote location (normally your home) 100% of the time
Option 2: Hybrid
- Only available to those able to live within a commutable distance for the whole program (100 miles from the office)
- Split your time between remote work and in-person collaboration at our NYC Midtown office (2-3 times a week)
