Internship Opportunity: Sales, CRM, and Social Media Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales, CRM, and Social Media Intern to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in health and wellness, digital marketing, and sales operations to gain hands-on experience in a mission-driven startup environment.
Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Outreach
Conduct cold calls and email outreach to prospective wellness providers and partners
Research and compile target contact lists using LinkedIn, online directories, and referrals
Help schedule and confirm provider consultations and webinars
CRM & Operations
Maintain and update client records and notes in our CRM (ActiveCampaign)
Assist in managing deals, tags, pipelines, and automations
Monitor CRM activity and flag any data inconsistencies or client issues
Social Media & Content
Draft and schedule social media posts aligned with our health and wellness brand
Help create basic graphics using Canva or similar tools
Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor content
Support campaign performance tracking and reporting
Ideal Candidate:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Public Health, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Passionate about women’s health, wellness, and digital innovation
Comfortable with outreach (cold calling/emailing) and professional communication
Experience with or interest in learning tools like ActiveCampaign, Canva, and social scheduling tools
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
Strong writing and interpersonal skills
