What You’ll Do
Respond to calls, emails, and texts from potential clients.
Conduct outreach and follow-ups with professionalism and care.
Gather and evaluate information to determine case eligibility.
Assist with client onboarding and maintain detailed records.
Collaborate with teammates and other departments to support firm goals.
