This self-assessment tool is designed to help students find careers and academic programs that not only are a fit for them, but that stand to give them a sense of purpose and meaning in their work.

With PathwayU, you’ll take a series of short assessments related to your workplace interests, values, personality, and preferences. For each assessment you’ll receive a set of results, an explanation of what these mean for you, and some personalized questions to help you reflect on how these results apply in your life. Once you’ve taken all assessments, you’ll be able to access lists and information about careers that may be right for you.
