>> My name is Chris Beans. I graduated from the [inaudible] College of Business in 2007 and basically since that time I've been working as a sales rep for Johnson and Johnson. So I actually work in their vision care line, it's a company called Vista Con and what I do is I work with optometrist and ophthalmologist all throughout the Philadelphia area and the job is really two fold. You're supposed to serve as a consultant, but also as a clinical expert on our products. So it's within the medical device realm within Johnson and Johnson, but mostly it's just practice management, helping doctors learn how to run a business because for the most part they get a lot of really great schooling particularly in the area here at Pennsylvania College of Optometry, but they don't learn much about how to be business people. So the typical day and one of the great things about my job is I have a lot of flexibility with scheduling, but I'll have pre-appointed anywhere from four to five appointments with doctors, mostly optometrists like I mentioned earlier sometimes ophthalmologists. I will as soon as I walk up, probably around seven or seven-thirty print out all the calls that I have for that day, the calls just mean appointments and go over the account reviews for each of those accounts, I have a profile on every office that uses our products. So a lot of planning preparation goes into which contact lenses specifically I want to go over with that account, trying to figure out exactly what is the need is within that practice and on that specific call for this day what is it that I want to do to change that doctor's behavior. So like I said that will run from seven and I'll work straight through until about five o'clock.
