Recruiting Tables
Let us put you in a high-traffic area on campus to engage with our River Hawks! Based on your recruiting needs, we will market your presence on campus and direct students to you. This passive recruiting strategy never disappoints!
Information Session: Educate Our River Hawks Your Organization
If you want to bring members of your workforce to campus to share insights about a typical day in their roles, the culture of your organization, the interview and hiring process, and the various career paths available within your company, consider hosting an information session. Information sessions are usually held in the evening, can attract large crowds, and create an excellent environment for a Q&A format.
Interview Days
Let UMass Lowell streamline the interview process by hosting on-campus interview days. On-campus interviews are an effective and efficient way to see all your UMass Lowell candidates in one day. Employers can make decisions quicker than spreading interviews out over multiple days at their location. On-campus interviews also make it easier for students to schedule an interview without needing to worry about commuting to the job location.
Employer Coffee Chats
One-on-one or small group conversations that allow employers to connect with students in a more informal way. Coffee chats are designed to help students learn more about the organization and job opportunities, receive feedback on their resume, and ask about the application and interview process.
