Our Career Development Model (CDM) provides a structured yet flexible approach to career planning and development that integrates experiential learning opportunities to help students successfully transition into professional roles after completing their degree. The model consists of four phases:

Career development is not a linear process, and, as such, students are encouraged to move throughout the model as best suits their individual needs. Some students might work through the phases sequentially, while others might Gain Experience and then go back to Know Yourself and/or Explore Opportunities.
Take time to explore the CDM to learn more
about each phase and the recommended activities for each.
