Book an appointment with our Student Employment team for completion of Section 2 of the I-9 or to discuss other matters relevant to working on-campus.
Reminders:
- You must have an offer before the I-9 can be completed.
- Section 1 of the I-9 needs to be completed by the first day of work and Section 2 must be completed within 3 business days of starting work.
- The documents you upload for Section 1 are the ones that you should have with you when Section 2 is completed.
- International students and students hired for grant-funded roles need to meet with HR for I-9 processing.
